Eddlux Steel Manufacturing L.L.C (“Eddlux”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct in all aspects of our business. Employees and representatives must avoid situations where personal interests could conflict with the interests of Eddlux. Any potential conflicts should be disclosed promptly to management.

6. Environmental and Safety Responsibility

We are committed to sustainable and safe business practices. All personnel must adhere to environmental policies, workplace safety standards, and ISO-certified operational procedures.

7. Reporting and Accountability

Employees are encouraged to report unethical behavior, violations of this policy, or any suspicious activities. Eddlux ensures that reports are treated confidentially and protects whistleblowers from retaliation.

8. Implementation

Eddlux management is responsible for ensuring that all employees, contractors, and partners are aware of and trained on this Code of Conduct / Ethics Policy. Compliance is mandatory, and violations may result in disciplinary or legal action.

9. Review and Updates

This policy is reviewed periodically and updated as necessary to reflect changes in laws, industry standards, or corporate practices.
